Chase away the stress !


Dear Readers,
In this post, I would like to discuss about stress.
Stress comes like a small thought and
later starts changing our life upside down like an "Irene" .

This is not good for anybody's health, especially women.

How to destress ???

Let us use some few simple ways to chase away the STRESS .
1. Enjoy the nature for atleast 10 minutes in the morning and evening. 
2. Do meditation for 10 minutes.
3. Watch some Comedy Shows , so that you will forget your feelings and laugh out loud .
4. Do not take an afternoon nap. Control yourself and sleep only during the night, for atleast 8 hours.
5. Have dinner  2 hours before sleeping, to avoid heartburns and in turn avoid stress.
6. Exercise everyday.
