This book features Priya Sohni, Indian girl,from Delhi, who has an arranged marriage with Sanjay, who works in L.A. She lands in US as a naive young bride and later in the novel changes to an embittered proffessional

* Salaam Paris
This book features an Indian girl who , upon getting an arranged marriage proposal, plans to visit that man , living in Paris. Later she changes her mind and enters the world of fashion.She transforms from a traditional Indian girl to a hot supermodel.

SHOWING UP FOR LIFE - Bill Senior
Bill Gates Sr., is the father of Microsoft's famous co-founder. He is a Seattle lawyer. After a glance through this book ,you will know about the lives of the three Gates children,Kristi Gates, Bill Gates and Libby Gates.Mary Gates,wife of Bill Sr., did voluntary works along with her husband, which influenced the Gates children too.
As a result of this, Bill Gates, and his wife Melinda, have given away a significant amount of their personal wealth for charitable purposes and started a foundation, which focuses on healthcare,eliminating poverty in developing countries, etc.This book will be a reminiscense to be shared with his grandchildren.

MY REMARKABLE JOURNEY - Larry King
I think everybody will know about the famous interviewer Larry King, who has questioned Presidents, Newsmakers, and Icons. He has been a talk-show host for radio and TV for a half -century. This book is his autobiography. He has interviewed Dalai Lama, Elizabeth Taylor, Presidents and First Ladies,News events and scandals, Gulf War, Prision Interviews, and many more.
A three- disc set DVD " Larry King Live - The Greatest Interviews " is available in the market.

Reading Books

STEP INTO READING EVERYBODY!!!

Reading is something which is important for everybody. Here in America, even kids have the habbit of reading. When i was a kid, i have never read books other than school syllabus books.

I have seen my mom and grandma reading magazines, though. They told me too to read magazines, but i never did. Of course, later i started reading books like Nancy Drew, then .... M&B... Women's Era, India Today, etc from the Cosmopolitan Club's Library.

But later, i never got a chance to read, because of the changes in my life such as my studies , work, etc . Later, I got an oppurtunity to register for a mobile library near my house in Bangalore, India. I just grabbed it!!!!! I started reading reading some novels.

After coming to US, i was very lucky to have libraries near my house. Then, i learnt how to choose good books, and I started placing hold on new books in the library and read them.

After seeing me, my friend too wanted to start reading books. She started reading Nancy drew's Juvenille collection.Now, she is also a good reader.
